Qingdao Ouyade launched the personal points recognition event for the third quarter of 2023 on October 25, 2023. The event mainly focused on employee style, internalization of corporate culture, reproduction and practice of "execution power" and "100% responsibility", etc. The purpose of this activity is to encourage employees to use their good words and deeds to build a respected personal brand and promote the healthy growth of employees on the road to professionalism.

The company's general manager, Mr. Xu, the operations director, Mr. Zhang, and the marketing director, Mr. Zhao, presented awards to the above outstanding employees. Mr. Xu said at the meeting that due to the particularity of employees’ work positions and other issues, the company has upgraded from the original rationalization suggestions to the current personal brand points model.
